Ordering Your Preserved Floral Keepsake is Simple!
All we need to start the preservation process are your flowers, contact information and a deposit! ALL of your deposit goes toward the price of your keepsake. Our standard deposit is $190 and should you choose a keepsake that costs less, any difference will be refunded to you. The balance of your keepsake price will be due when you finalize your order details with one of our design consultants.
Ordering BEFORE the event: Simply call, fax, mail or fill out our online order form to place your deposit. We'll send our Floral Express Kit* to you that contains everything you need to care for and send your flowers to Keepsake Floral.
Ordering JUST A FEW DAYS FROM the wedding or event: Call or place your order online and we'll rush our Floral Express Kit* to you or provide you with customized directions to ship your flowers to us using items that you have on hand. You may also follow our "Self-Packing Instructions" available on this site.
*An additional Rush Fee will be charged for an Express Kit to be sent less than 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
After the event has ALREADY HAPPENED: It's not too late to preserve your bouquet! Call Keepsake Floral or use our "Self-Packing Instructions" on the website to receive directions on how to care for and ship your flowers. Please do not place your order electronically or via e-mail, as time is of the essence in order to receive the flowers while they are still fresh.
That's it! On the first business day after the event, simply package your flowers and send them directly to Keepsake Floral using the overnight carrier of your choice. You will make final design decisions with a Design Consultant approximately 2-3 weeks after we receive the flowers. You will receive a customized Keepsake Floral timeline for your flowers in the mail that guides you through the process.
