About Gabi
Although not a Florida native, Gabi has the unique experience of joining the Keepsake team at just 15 years old. Beginning her time with Keepsake as a summer job, Gabi has stayed with us as a designer for seven years. The resume that qualifies her as one of our youngest designers ranges from the art lessons she’s been taking since the age of 12, to her membership in the Florida Chalk Artists Association, to a number of art awards, including Best in Show at the Central Florida Fair, the Valencia College Drawing Award, and the Marie Walshe Sharpe Scholarship.
While working at Keepsake, Gabi is attending classes at Valencia College as a member of the Honor Society. However, when she’s not juggling school or working, Gabi sells her hand-painted jackets and enjoys taking her “fur baby,” Kira, to the park.
